📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Items should be returned in protective packaging (ideally the original box).
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Items damaged due to misuse or lack of care

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including original and return postage costs.
